Hi Dennis, I am writing to thank you and your team of people for the professional and efficient work undertaken recently when you installed a liner in my pool at North Rocks. As you were well aware, I was very nervous about the decision to go with a liner as I had a concrete pool and was unsure of the benefits or risks associated with a liner. However, as you had explained when providing the original quote, all of my concerns were addressed including the issue of cracks in the surface of my pool, peeling paint and the problem with the leaking of the pool from earth movement, when I decided to use your company and go ahead with installing a liner. The refurbishment of my pool was handled in a very professional manner by your team who were absolutely fastidious and efficient with their workmanship. The guys did their job without any disturbance to me and left the property clean and tidy on every occasion. The liner looks absolutely amazing and I am thoroughly impressed with your company and service.
